Per vehicle. As many passengers as the vehicle class holds pay the same price; luggage and waiting time are included.

Where does the driver wait for me?

In the arrivals hall, in the meeting area after the exit, holding a board with your name. The driver's name and phone number reach you by e-mail and WhatsApp before the trip.

Do I pay extra if my flight is delayed?

No. We track your flight; waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing and the driver adjusts to the new arrival time.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; the amount goes back to the same card. After that the booking cannot be cancelled; if your flight is cancelled, the support team helps.

Are child seats and a night tariff a thing?

Child seats can be added for a fee on some vehicle classes; you see them among the extras before payment. Pickups between 00:00 and 06:00 carry a night tariff, shown as a separate line.
