Marketing Communications Consent

This text is shown with a separate, unticked box on the membership form, at the payment step and in the "Deals and newsletter" setting in your account. Not giving consent does not affect membership or bookings.

8.1. Consent text (next to the box)

"I agree that RATE EXTRA TOURISM L.L.C (Transferyar) may send me commercial electronic messages with campaigns, discounts and newsletters to my email address, and may process my name, email, language and country preference for this purpose."

8.2. Explanation

• Sender: RATE EXTRA TOURISM L.L.C, destek@transferyar.com.
• Channel: Email.
• Content: Transfer and route campaigns, deals, seasonal suggestions and newsletters.
• Personalisation: Messages may be selected according to your language, country and previous searches (e.g. the airport and route you searched). AI-assisted tools may be used for this; no decision with legal effect on you is made.
• Service provider: Resend for sending emails (USA, Ireland). International transfer relies on the safeguards in Section 2.6 of the Privacy Policy.
• Retention: Until you withdraw consent; opt-out record 3 years.

8.3. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent free of charge at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in every message, in your account settings or by writing to destek@transferyar.com. Your request is applied within 3 business days at the latest. Recipients in Türkiye may also opt out through the Message Management System (İYS).

8.4. Messages outside this scope

Booking confirmations, driver assignment notices, pickup time updates, pre-pickup reminders, cancellation notices, refund notices and account security messages are not commercial messages and are sent regardless of your consent.

8.5. Legal basis

Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, KVKK Art. 5/1 and, to the extent applicable, UAE and EU law.
